I called A2Z Locksmith on Monday morning regarding an electronic keypad that was not working properly. Neil, the technician that answered the phone, asked a few questions regarding the problem. He told me there were a couple of things that might be wrong that he could walk me through to see if it would fix the problem. I appreciated this because usually I am told by a business that they will just send someone out and charge a service call. When it was clear that I could not easily fix the keypad, he asked how many electronic keypads we had in the building. I told him four in all, and he said he would come out and fix the one that was not working, and do a maintenance check free of charge on the other three. He arrived that afternoon and fixed the keypad and did the maintenance check on the other three. I was very impressed with his attitude, knowledge, and professionalism.
